You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item(s):

Are unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Are in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

Personal care items such as cosmetics and hygiene products.
Gift cards and downloadable software products.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return Process
Initiate a Return:

Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
